Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau's sister Katie posts tearjerking Instagram picture about her late brothers

While we as fans continue to mourn the loss of both Johnny Gaudreau and Matthew Gaudreau, the impact it's had on their family; especially sister Katie is a hundredfold.
Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau were both killed while cycling in New Jersey last Thursday after being fatally struck by a drunk driver, and the hockey world is still reeling from the news. While us fans are heartbroken, the impact it had on the Gaudreau family is astronomical and on Monday, Katie Gaudreau posted a loving tribute to her late brothers on her Instagram.
"To know these two was to love these two. There are absolutely no words I have to express the bond my family shared. The entire world knows there would never have been a John without Matty or Matty without John. The absolute best big brothers a little girl could have asked for.
This will never be a goodbye post because I will never stop saying your names and honoring you both. I'll take the best care of mom, dad, Kristen, Mer, Madeline, and your babies."

It's heartbreaking as both brothers leave behind children, wives, sisters, husbands; it's a stark reminder of the fragility of life and how we should appreciate each day, not take it for granted, and be the best we can be in the time we have.
Our hearts go out to the Gaudreau family during this difficult time.
