Action Network, a sports betting and analytics media company recently put out an article about the best NHL stadium experiences for family based on a variety of metrics such as: the cost of 4 tickets, cost of 2 beers and 2 soft drinks, 4 hot dogs, parking, child admission policy, total cost and a comparison to the league average.
To no one's surprise, the Toronto Maple Leafs and Scotiabank Arena rank as the most expensive family experience with it costing a whopping $703.88 USD ($970.82) for everything with tickets filling in the bulk of that expense. The 4 tickets alone cost $637.32 USD ($875.96) meanwhile the food and beverage total $20.74, $11.12, and $22.24 USD respectively for the two beers, two soft drinks and the four hot dogs ($28.51, $15.28, and $30.57 CAD).
At this rate, one would think Maple Leafs fans can accrue stock in the team given how much of their hard earned capital has gone back to them; it's the least they could do for a fanbase dying for some success.
