While not scoring goals, or reminding us that the Domi lineage runs strong through grit and toothless grins; Max Domi knows in order to succeed, he needs to go fast.
"This unit hit 20.9MPH" the post reads, followed by a shocked face emoji. The entire video shows Domi going through a variety of workouts designed not just for speed increases, but strength and conditioning. He is shown lifting weights, doing sprints and more during his session; this being the second that Kula has publicly posted about.
Kula's Performance Center has been home to many athletes including NFL running back Christian McCaffery, as well as other NFLer's Melvin Gordon and Solomon Thomas; he also worked with Canadian Women's soccer player Janine Beckie, but also offers more than just elite athlete preparation such as kid friendly programs and an NFL Combine run-through.
Domi recently signed an extension with the Leafs to the tune of a 4-year $15 Million ensuring that Domi sticks with the team throughout the 2028-2029 season. The son of Leafs legend Tie Domi registered 9 goals and 38 assists in 80 games while also contributing a goal and three assists during the Leafs playoff series loss to the Bruins.
