Earlier today the Toronto Maple Leafs announced that this upcoming season's tickets are now available for purchase as Leafs Nation prepares for another season to begin.
The team also announced the sale of their preseason games which will begin on September 22nd at Scotiabank Arena against the Ottawa Senators. The Maple Leafs will play the Senators, Red Wings and the Canadiens in six preseason games; three which will be held at Scotiabank.
The team will have its home opener for the season on October 12th when they face off against Sidney Crosby and former General Manager Kyle Dubas of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Leafs fans are looking forward to seeing what the off-summer changes have done to the team and if they are enough even though many wanted the Core 4 to be partially unraveled.
Leafs fans will also get to see Auston Matthews don the captaincy after it was announced a couple of weeks ago that John Tavares was passing the torch to the 26-year-old superstar.
The Maple Leafs will begin their season on the road when they headed to Montreal and play in the Bell Centre against the Canadiens.
