It looks like Michael Nylander won't need to travel far now to see both his sons play.

The Toronto Maple Leafs announced today that they have signed William Nylander's brother Alex to a one-year deal for the Toronto Marlies.
Nylander, 26 had a solid season with the Blue Jackets after being acquired from Pittsburgh, scoring 11 goals and adding 4 assists in 23 games. For his career, Nylander has scored 24 goals and 25 assists in 121 games split between the Buffalo Sabres, Chicago Blackhawks, Penguins and Blue Jackets.
Speculation had run rampant this year about whether or not Nylander would sign with the Leafs, after being spotted with his brother working out in an Instagram post.
William and Alex are both the sons of former NHLer Michael Nylander; whose career spanned over 20 years between the NHL and Europe scored 209 goals and 470 assists in 920 games, having played for the Hartford Whalers, Calgary Flames, Tampa Bay Lightning, Chicago Blackhawks, Washington Capitals, Boston Bruins, and the New York Rangers.
It will remain to be seen if Alex will join his brother in the NHL sooner than later, but all signs point to a reunion at some point this year.
