Although he's no longer a member of the Toronto Maple Leafs, former defenseman Justin Holl is still finding time to hang out with his old teammates.

As you can see, Holl is out and about hanging with current Maple Leafs forward Mitch Marner. The Canadian National Exhibition is currently underway in Toronto so it's nice to see both men taking time to relax before they undoubtedly push the nose to the grind come September.
Holl, who signed with the Detroit Red Wings in 2023 was originally drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks in 2010 but never officially signed his ELC with them. He ended up playing in the AHL and ECHL before signing with the Marlies in 2015. A year later, he was signed to an official ELC by the Maple Leafs and became a mainstay for the Marlies; including being named alternate captain in 2016-2017.
He made his way to the Maple Leafs due to an injury to Ron Hainsey and ended up scoring in his NHL debut; he bounced around until solidifying his role as a regular in the lineup starting in 2018-2019. He registered 11 goals and 71 assists in 285 games for the Maple Leafs, and had a down year in 2023-24; registering only 5 assists in 38 games.
While they may be friendly off the ice, these two players will become foes once again when Toronto faces Detroit in the regular season on November 8th.
